电离辐射质粒pUC18 DNA结构变化的傅里叶变换拉曼光谱分析

采用傅里叶变换拉曼光谱研究了质粒pUC18DNA经过γ射线电离辐射以后结构的变化。其脱氧核糖－磷酸主链中各振动模式产生的谱带强度有所增加，包括884cm^-1处的脱氧核糖－磷酸主链振动谱带、1460cm^-1处的－CH2弯曲振动谱带和2939cm^-1处的C－H伸缩振动普带。碱基杂环弯曲振动谱带187cm^-1位移到208cm^-1处，强度明显减弱。在3298cm^-1处出现了一个源于N－H伸缩振动的新谱带。此结果表明碱基受损，主链断裂，超螺旋旋结构部分解旋。

有机化合物的选择性氧化,在有机合成上是一个很重要而又复杂的问题。由于化学家致力于这方面的研究,现已发现许多选择性氧化剂,基本上解决了把伯醇和仲醇氧化成相应的羰基化合物的难题。但是,选择性更高的氧化剂的报道还比较少。     

动态杨氏模量实验有关测量方法的探讨

本文对有关实验现象作了描述和解释，通过理论分析和推导，给出了动态杨氏模量实验共振频率和相位差的测量方法．     

Searching for a neutral top-Higgs in association with top-quark pairs at an e~+e~- collider in the TC2 model

We investigate the associated production of the neutral top-Higgs h_t⁰ with a pair of top-quarks in the context of the topcolor-assisted technicolor (TC2) model at the future e⁺e^- Linear Colliders (LC) i.e. e⁺e^- → tt h_t⁰. We calculate the production rate and present the distributions of the transverse momenta of top-Higgs and top-quarks. The results show that the total cross section is typically of the order of 1.0-7.5 fb in the energy range between 1000 GeV and 2000 GeV of the LC for the whole top-Higgs mass region of interest. It should be distinctly possible that hundreds or even thousands of h_t⁰ signals can be produced per year at the LC given the luminosity L=500 fb^-1.     

Lie Bialgebras of Generalized Loop Virasoro Algebras

The first cohomology group of generalized loop Virasoro algebras with coefficients in the tensor product of its adjoint module is shown to be trivial. The result is used to prove that Lie bialgebra structures on generalized loop Virasoro algebras are coboundary triangular. The authors generalize the results to generalized map Virasoro algebras.     

Synthesis of 1,2-allenic ketones through oxidation of homopropargyl alcohols with CrO_3(cat.)/TBHP under MWI

A CrO₃ catalyzed oxidation of homopropargyl alcohols with tert-butyl hydroperoxide under microwave irradiation was found to be an efficient and rapid alternative for the preparation of 1,2-allenic ketones.The advantages of this procedure include short reaction time,less adverse impact on the environment and reasonably high efficiency.

高粱子粒淀粉表面色素的树脂分离研究

对纯化高粱淀粉过程中所得到的淀粉共生天然色素进行了树脂分离纯化研究.得到了树脂分离高粱淀粉共生色素的吸附动力学结果,3种大孔吸附树脂HPD-600、AB-8、H103对高粱红的吸附为慢速平衡型.通过对树脂分离所得色素成份的红外光谱、紫外光谱、质谱分析得出,高粱籽粒淀粉共生色素与高粱壳中的高粱红主要成份是同样的物质,鉴定出所分离的主要成份之一为5,7,4′-三羟基黄酮.
